Choosing a CRM rarely comes down to the feature list - those look alike across vendors. It comes down to two questions: what it actually costs for your team size, and which channels you sell through. If your deals happen in messengers, half the systems below require an add-on product or a third-party app, and that usually surfaces after you have already paid.
Below is a comparison of six CRMs on price and channels. All prices were verified against official vendor pricing pages on 15 August 2026, quoted per seat per month with annual billing. Monthly billing costs more everywhere.

Built in means a direct integration from the CRM vendor. Via apps means a third-party marketplace vendor, with its own subscription and its own support.
Kommo
Kommo, formerly AmoCRM, was designed as a messaging CRM from the start: WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram Direct, and Facebook connect natively, and inbound messages land in a shared inbox without third-party services. That is its main difference from everything else here.
- Omnichannel: every conversation with a client sits in one deal card.
- Automation: trigger scenarios, salesbot, auto-tasks, drip campaigns.
- Built-in AI: summaries of long threads, reply suggestions.
- Google and Meta ad account integrations for trigger-based campaigns.
- Extensible with widgets and the API as the business grows.
Pricing. From 1 September 2026 Kommo raises prices: Base is 25 usd per user per month (was 15), Advanced is 35 usd (was 25), Pro stays at 45 usd.
Fine print. There is no monthly billing at all: the minimum subscription period is 6 months, with larger discounts at 9, 12, and 24 months. Automation - salesbot, the no-code bot builder, trigger scenarios, and drip campaigns - starts at the Advanced tier and is absent from Base. Messengers are available on every tier, but the number of connected accounts is capped: Base gets one WhatsApp number and one Instagram account, Advanced gets three of each, Pro and Enterprise are unlimited. We are an official Kommo partner in Europe and add bonus months when you pay through us.
HubSpot
HubSpot is the strongest system here for marketing and analytics. The product line is split into hubs - Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub - and that split is the key to budgeting it correctly.
- Reporting and dashboards across the full funnel, from traffic source to closed deal.
- Website visitor tracking.
- Direct LinkedIn integration for multichannel outreach.
- A large app marketplace and an open API.
Pricing. There is a free tier with heavily reduced functionality. Starter is 7 usd per seat per month billed annually. Professional is 90 usd per seat billed annually, or 100 usd billed monthly. Enterprise starts at 150 usd.
Fine print. Two catches. First, Professional and Enterprise carry a one-time onboarding fee of 1500 usd for Professional and 3500 usd for Enterprise. Second, and more important for messaging: WhatsApp connects only through Marketing Hub or Service Hub at Professional level or above - it is not in Sales Hub. A sales team that bought Sales Hub Professional at 90 usd does not get WhatsApp: it needs a second hub, and the budget doubles. Instagram Direct is answered only through the social tool in Marketing Hub Professional, and Telegram has no native channel at all.
Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a CRM about managing sales, not marketing. A visual kanban pipeline, little excess, fast onboarding.
- Automation for creating and updating deals, contacts, and activities.
- Integrations with Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
- Customizable sales performance reports.
- AI features are included in the plans rather than sold as a separate subscription.
Pricing. In 2025 Pipedrive rebuilt its line-up: five tiers became four, with everything renamed. It is now Lite at 14 usd, Growth at 39, Premium at 59, and Ultimate at 79 per seat per month billed annually.
Fine print. Automation and email open tracking start at Growth - Lite has neither. WhatsApp is now native, but it is in beta and not available to every account, also from Growth up; the older Twilio-based integration was closed to new customers back in 2023. Telegram and Instagram Direct have no native support - only paid marketplace apps. Several capabilities are sold as separate add-ons: LeadBooster, Campaigns, Smart Docs, and Web Visitors, each with its own price.
Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is the cheapest system here at the upper tiers and part of the wider Zoho ecosystem.
- Business process automation: macros, lead assignment rules, Blueprint.
- Integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft, Slack, Trello, Mailchimp.
- Mobile app with offline access.
- 28 interface languages.
Pricing. Standard is 14 usd, Professional 23, Enterprise 40, and Ultimate 52 per user per month billed annually. Billed monthly those become 20, 35, 50, and 65 usd. There is a free tier for three users.
Fine print. Email integration and mass mail start at Standard, Blueprint at Professional, and functions inside workflows at Enterprise. Messaging works unusually here: WhatsApp is in the CRM itself from Standard, but sending messages is billed in credits on top of the subscription, and Instagram and Telegram are absent from Zoho CRM entirely - they live in a separate product, Zoho SalesIQ, from 7 usd per operator per month. A team that needs all three channels pays for two products.
Monday
Monday grew out of a task tracker, and the CRM functionality came later. It is strong where sales meet project delivery.
- Automation: task assignment, status changes, notifications.
- Two-way sync with Gmail and Outlook.
- Integrations with Slack, Trello, Google Drive.
- Visual boards: one system for deals and for the projects that follow them.
Pricing. Basic is 12 usd, Standard 17, and Pro 28 per seat per month billed annually (18, 25, and 41 billed monthly). The Ultimate tier is quote-based.
Fine print. Two-way email and automation unlock at Standard, though Standard caps automation at 250 actions per month against 25,000 on Pro. Mass email, sequences, and Google Calendar sync are Pro only. The billing model deserves attention: the minimum is 3 seats, and beyond that seats are sold in multiples of five - a team of six pays for ten seats. There are no native messaging channels at all: WhatsApp and Telegram connect only through marketplace apps.
Salesforce
Salesforce targets mid-market and enterprise, with the deepest customization here and a matching total cost of ownership.
- The AppExchange ecosystem: thousands of ready apps and integrations.
- Einstein AI tooling.
- Deep customization: Flows, Apex classes, Lightning components.
- Mature analytics and reporting.
Pricing. Salesforce blocks automated access to its pricing page, so we are not quoting a licence price here - check the current figure with the vendor. What is confirmed by Salesforce’s own documentation: the Digital Engagement add-on costs 75 usd per user per month on top of the licence.
Fine print. Messaging in Salesforce is a paid add-on rather than a CRM feature: without Digital Engagement you cannot connect WhatsApp. On top of that, the numbers Salesforce provides with the add-on are SMS-only - for WhatsApp you bring your own number. Real cost of ownership combines licences, add-ons, AppExchange apps, and administrator time: Salesforce is rarely configured in-house.
How to choose
If you sell through messengers - Kommo. It is the only system here where WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram Direct work natively, with no separate product and no third-party apps. HubSpot needs a second hub, Salesforce a 75 usd add-on, Zoho a separate SalesIQ licence, and Monday and Pipedrive marketplace apps.
If marketing and analytics come first - HubSpot, but budget by hubs rather than by a single tier, and account for onboarding.
If you need a simple pipeline for a sales team - Pipedrive or Zoho. Zoho is cheaper over time and gives more at the upper tiers.
If one team runs both sales and delivery - Monday, allowing for the seat-bucket billing.
If you have enterprise processes and a dedicated admin - Salesforce.
What usually matters more than the system itself is how it is configured around your process. We implement Kommo, HubSpot, and Salesforce and migrate data between them - tell us about your project and we will help you choose and budget it without post-purchase surprises.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which CRM is cheapest for a team of 10?
At entry tiers with annual billing, Monday (12 usd per seat) and HubSpot Starter (7 usd) are cheapest, but neither includes automation or messaging. Costing a working configuration with automation, the cheapest are Zoho Professional (23 usd) and Pipedrive Growth (39 usd). Kommo Advanced is 35 usd, but that price already covers the messaging channels the others charge extra for.
Which CRM includes WhatsApp at no extra cost?
Kommo: WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram Direct are in the subscription on every tier, and only the number of connected accounts differs. Zoho has WhatsApp in the CRM, but messages are billed in credits. HubSpot requires Marketing Hub or Service Hub at Professional level. Salesforce requires the Digital Engagement add-on at 75 usd per user. In Pipedrive WhatsApp is in beta, and Telegram and Instagram need third-party apps.
Why do vendor sites show different prices than this article?
Three reasons. First, almost every vendor advertises the annual-billing price, and monthly billing runs 15 to 45 percent higher. Second, prices vary by region and currency. Third, plans change - Kommo raises prices on 1 September 2026, and Pipedrive rebuilt its line-up in 2025. The figures in this article were verified against official pricing pages on 15 August 2026.
Can we move from one CRM to another without losing data?
Yes. A correct migration carries over contacts, deals, activity history, and the associations between records. We have run Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Copper migrations into Kommo and back out. The hard part is not the data but the difference in models: Kommo uses lead - contact - deal, Salesforce uses Account - Contact - Opportunity, and the field mapping has to be designed up front.
