What turnkey Kommo implementation means
Implementing Kommo isn't "turning the system on" - it's building it around your sales process. We start with analysis: how leads come in, what path a deal takes, where clients are lost. Then we configure pipelines, stages, custom fields, access rights, and lead sources, connect messengers, and set up automations. Without the analysis step, automation just cements a broken process.
What we do in Kommo
- Pipeline and stage setup for your real deal cycle, with custom fields and SLAs.
- Automations and salesbot - triggers, follow-up tasks, chatbots, and AI assistants inside the pipeline.
- Messengers and lead sources - WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, forms, and website into one pipeline.
- IP telephony - calls, recording, and linking conversations to deals.
- Data migration from your old CRM without losing contacts, deals, or history.
- Custom integrations - when a native connector is missing or falls short, we build one. See integrations and development.
Messengers are the main reason to pick Kommo
Kommo was built as a messaging CRM. WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram Direct connect natively, conversations land in the deal card, and the salesperson replies from one window. Everywhere else this costs extra or needs a third-party app: in HubSpot the channel lives in Marketing or Service Hub, Salesforce needs the Digital Engagement add-on, and Zoho keeps Instagram and Telegram in a separate product entirely.
One detail that matters when budgeting: the number of connected accounts depends on the plan. Base allows one WhatsApp number and one Instagram account, Advanced allows three of each, Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
Which plan you actually need
Messengers are on every plan, but automation starts at Advanced: salesbot, the no-code bot builder, trigger scenarios and drip campaigns are not available on Base. If you need an automated pipeline rather than a shared inbox, budget from Advanced up.
Second, Kommo has no monthly billing: the minimum subscription is 6 months, with bigger discounts at 9, 12 and 24 months. Prices rose on 1 September 2026: Base is 25 usd per user per month, Advanced 35, Pro 45. We are an official Kommo partner in Europe and add bonus months when you pay through us.
Training and support
After launch we train your team - individual and group sessions, step-by-step instructions, onboarding support. Then we keep the system running: monitoring, refinements, and new processes as the business grows. In Russian and English.
When Kommo is the wrong fit
If sales do not run through conversations but through a complex corporate process with multi-level approvals and in-house development, Salesforce fits better. If marketing, segmentation and full-funnel reporting come first, that is HubSpot. A comparison on price and channels is in our CRM comparison.
