Building from scratch means a full cycle: from structure and design through markup, content, and launch. We do not stretch a ready-made template - we build a site around your funnel and content. The work includes:

How the work goes
- Brief. We work through the task: who the customer is, what they should do on the site, what materials and constraints exist.
- Structure. A page map and navigation logic. At this point the real scope becomes visible - and the estimate stops moving.
- Design. Key pages first, then the rest in the approved style.
- Development. Markup and build on the chosen stack, forms and integrations connected.
- Content. Texts and images in place, meta tags, sitemap, structured data.
- Launch. Domain, hosting, analytics, testing on real devices, and a guide for managing the site.
What drives the timeline and the budget
The price of a site is almost never "the design" - it is the number of distinct pages and the decisions attached to them. What moves the estimate most:
- Number of unique templates. Twenty identical product cards are one template. Five pages that look nothing alike are five.
- Content readiness. If texts and photos do not exist, the schedule stretches - gathering material takes longer than building.
- Integrations. A form that emails you and a checkout with a customer account are very different amounts of work.
- Languages. A second language version is not only translation, but a second URL structure and correct language links between pages.
- Content management. If you will edit the site yourself, that needs a CMS, and that is a separate piece of work.
What you end up owning
The site is yours: code, domain and hosting are registered to you, with no subscription for the platform itself. We hand over the access, a guide for managing it and, if you want, stay on for support and growth. You can move to another contractor at any point - it is an ordinary project on a common stack, not a closed system you cannot leave.
