Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the website owned by Vasilii Morgunov, autonomo (hereinafter — “the Company”), with registration number Z1879760K and registered address: Carrer de la Parra 13, Algemesi, Valencia, Spain.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data
The Company processes personal data of website users solely for the purpose of providing web development, CRM implementation, and software product development services, as well as for informing users about its products and services. Data collected may include:

• Name, email, phone number;
• Information about the company represented by the client;
• Data submitted via contact forms or during correspondence.

3. CRM Account Data When Installing Widgets
The Company publishes widgets and integrations for CRM systems: amoCRM, Kommo, HubSpot, Attio and monday.com, and is also considering Zoho, Copper, Odoo and Salesforce for development. When a widget is installed, the client’s account grants the Company access via OAuth 2.0. From that moment the Company processes:

• the identifier, address (subdomain) and country of the CRM account;
• access tokens that allow requests to the account API on its behalf;
• the list of account users: identifier, name, email address, interface language, activity and licence type flags;
• the name, email address and language of the administrator who installed the widget;
• payment details: customer and subscription identifiers in the Stripe payment system, amounts, dates and paid periods;
• an event log: installation, start and end of the trial period, checkout opened, payments, changes in the number of users, widget removal.

Purposes of processing: operation of the widget itself, determining the right of access (trial period or paid subscription), calculating the price by the number of active users in the account, invoicing and support.

The Company does not access CRM content. The widgets neither read nor store leads, contacts, companies, customers, tasks, correspondence or files. Requests to the account API are limited to two methods: account details and the list of users.

The Company neither receives nor stores bank card data: payment is processed on the side of the Stripe payment system.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract with the client (providing the widget and its payment), and for the email after installation, the legitimate interest of the Company in informing the administrator about the product they installed.

Retention: access tokens are deleted when the integration is disconnected; payment records are kept for the periods required by Spanish law for accounting documents; other data is kept while the integration is installed and is deleted on request.

4. Product Emails
After the first installation of a widget, the Company sends one email to the administrator who installed it: confirmation of the installation, the length of the free period, and links to the documentation and the catalogue. The Company does not send mailings to all users of the account.

Every email contains an unsubscribe link. The opt-out takes effect immediately and is stored by the Company regardless of the email service used. You can also unsubscribe by writing to info@exceltic.dev.

5. Data Storage and Protection
Data is stored on secure servers and is used only by Company employees to properly fulfill obligations to Users. The Company takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Personal data may be shared with third parties only in cases provided for by Spanish law, or when necessary for the performance of services, or with the explicit consent of the user.

7. User Rights
The user has the right to:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data;
• Withdraw consent to data processing;
• Receive information about the purpose and methods of data processing.
