What we do in HubSpot
HubSpot bundles Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub. We don't just switch modules on - we configure them around your pipeline and data model: custom objects, properties, deal stages, Workflows, and reports. We map the process "as-is", describe "to-be", and set the system up so automation saves time rather than cementing chaos.
What we work on
- Hub setup - Sales, Marketing, Service: pipelines, custom objects and properties, access rights, reporting.
- Workflows and automations - triggers, task assignment, follow-up, scoring, and notifications.
- API integrations and custom development - when a native connector is missing or loses data, we build the integration for the task. See integrations and development.
- Data migration - contacts, companies, deals, and history from another CRM with associations preserved.
When native integrations fall short
Many native HubSpot connectors look simple but lose deal context in practice: activities don't attach to the right object, syncing is partial, duplicates appear. We map these limits and close them with custom integrations via API and webhooks - examples in the integrations and development section.
How to budget by hubs
The most common mistake when choosing HubSpot is costing it by a single plan. Price is tied to the hub and the seats in it, and the features you need often sit in different hubs.
The clearest example: WhatsApp is not in Sales Hub. The channel connects only through Marketing Hub or Service Hub at Professional or above. So a sales team that bought Sales Hub Professional does not get WhatsApp - it needs a second hub, and the budget doubles. Instagram Direct is answered only through the social tool in Marketing Hub Professional, and there is no native Telegram channel at all.
Second, onboarding. Professional carries a one-time 1500 usd fee, Enterprise 3500. It is not a subscription, but it lands in the first-year budget. And third: the per-seat price assumes annual billing - monthly costs more. A breakdown across systems is in our CRM comparison.
Migrating into HubSpot
We move contacts, companies, deals, activity history and the associations between records. The hard part is the difference in data models: HubSpot uses Contact, Company and Deal plus custom objects, and fields from another system rarely map one to one. So we agree the field mapping before the migration, not during it. Worked examples: Pipedrive to HubSpot and Kommo to HubSpot.
When HubSpot is the wrong fit
HubSpot is strong when you need marketing, segmentation and end-to-end reporting. But if sales happen in messengers, Kommo is cheaper and simpler: channels are included rather than requiring a second hub. If you need a straightforward pipeline without the marketing layer, that is Pipedrive. For corporate processes with in-house development, Salesforce.
Other systems
Besides HubSpot we implement Kommo, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. Still choosing a system? See the CRM comparison.
FAQ
What does HubSpot implementation include?
Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub setup for your process: pipelines, custom objects and fields, Workflows and automations, access rights, and reports. Where needed - data migration from another system and API integrations.
Do you help with custom objects and Workflows?
Yes. We configure custom objects for your data model, build Workflows to automate deals and tasks, and where standard functionality is not enough - develop integrations and handlers via the HubSpot API.
Why do native HubSpot integrations often fall short?
Native connectors frequently lose context: activities don't attach to the deal, data syncs partially or duplicates. We analyze such cases and build custom integrations that put data where it belongs. Examples are in the integrations section.
Can we move to HubSpot from another CRM?
Yes. We transfer contacts, companies, deals, and activity history. We map what moves directly and what needs data-model conversion, keeping associations between entities.
