Why the right tech stack matters for international businesses
If your site loads slowly, European and American users leave faster than you might expect. Core Web Vitals standards are stricter, competition is higher, and tolerance for slow sites is lower. WordPress with a caching plugin is not a solution.

What changes from country to country
Technically, a site for Germany and a site for the UAE are built on the same stack. The differences begin where the site meets a local audience and local rules - and that is what we establish before starting.
- Language and script. Arabic and Hebrew are right-to-left: it is not the text that changes but the direction of the entire interface, and that belongs in the architecture rather than being added later. Georgian needs a font that actually covers Mkhedruli, or the text falls back to a system one. In Spain, Catalan joins Spanish; in Cyprus, Greek and Russian join English.
- Number of language versions. Two or three versions mean a URL structure, a switcher and language links in the markup. Without them search engines treat the versions as duplicates and serve the wrong one.
- Legal regime. In the EU, GDPR and cookie consent; in the UK after Brexit, its own UK GDPR; elsewhere, local regulation.
- Accessibility. Since 28 June 2025 the European Accessibility Act requires WCAG 2.1 AA from online services for consumers in the EU - regardless of where the company is registered. In the US, accessibility is also an area of active litigation.
Payment, documents, and contracts
We work in EUR and USD and accept SWIFT and SEPA transfers. Contracts are signed electronically (DocuSign or equivalent), compatible with any jurisdiction: Cypriot, German, Israeli, American. VAT and tax questions are addressed per client country.

Do you work with companies based abroad?
Yes. Exceltic.dev works fully remotely. Clients from Germany, Israel, the UAE, the US, and the UK manage their projects through Notion, Telegram, and video calls, with no office visits required. Geographic distance has no effect on timelines or quality.
What time zone does your team work in?
The team is distributed across Europe: UTC+2 to UTC+3. This covers working hours for clients in Europe, Israel, and the UAE. For US-based clients we agree on an overlapping window, typically morning US time.
What currency do you invoice in?
We work in EUR and USD and accept SWIFT transfers. We invoice to any legal entity: European, Israeli, American, or otherwise.
How do you differ from local agencies?
We specialise in businesses operating across borders: we understand the relocation context, international integrations (CRM, payments, analytics), and EU/US market requirements. We build on clean code, the stack trusted by European and American investors.
How much does development cost?
