Online Store Development

An online store that sells faster: catalog and cart open instantly, checkout is frictionless, and stock and orders sync with your CRM and warehouse. No off-the-shelf platforms - the store is not constrained by someone else's template and grows with you. Timeline from 6 weeks, price from 1800 EUR.

Our stack for online stores

We build stores on clean code paired with Headless commerce - an engine that handles catalog, cart, and payment via API while a custom frontend takes care of speed and appearance. We deliberately avoid off-the-shelf boxed platforms: they carry extra code, plugins, and template constraints that cause slow loading and weak Core Web Vitals, hurting conversion and SEO.

A custom storefront delivers instant loading, integration flexibility, and an architecture built around your business logic - not around someone else's framework.

What store development includes

  • Catalog. Categories, product cards, variants, stock levels - built around your assortment structure.
  • Filters and search. Fast parameter-based filtering, sorting, and catalog search.
  • Cart and checkout. Smooth checkout flow with minimal steps to payment.
  • Payments. Payment gateways for your market - Stripe and local providers.
  • Integrations. CRM, inventory and product management, order and stock synchronisation.
  • SEO foundation. Semantics, meta tags, product schema markup, human-readable URLs, sitemap.

These are lower bounds - the final price and timeline depend on catalog size, filter complexity, number of integrations, and custom logic. We fix an exact estimate after the brief.

A store starts with product data

The most underestimated part of the project. Design and build run to plan; what shifts the schedule is almost always the catalog. It turns out descriptions are missing for some items, photos come in different sizes and backgrounds, and attributes are written inconsistently in the export - "colour: red", "Red" and "red" in a single file.

So before development we agree the structure: what categories exist, which attributes the filters need, how products differ from one another, whether one product has variants by size or colour. Both the data model and the way filtering works depend on this - and reworking it on a finished store is expensive.

Payments, delivery and accounting

A store is more than a storefront. Three things get decided before launch: how you take payments and in which currencies, how delivery is calculated (flat, by zone, or from carrier rates), and where orders land - email, CRM or an accounting system. If orders must reach your accounting, warehouse or CRM, that is a separate integration and it belongs in the plan from the start rather than bolted on afterwards.

SEO in the catalog

In a store, traffic is spread across product and category pages rather than concentrated on the homepage. So from the outset we build proper addresses, unique titles and descriptions for categories, and product markup with price and availability - the markup that makes price and rating appear in search results. We also plan what happens to filter pages and to products that go out of stock: those cannot simply be deleted, or the traffic they earned goes nowhere - such addresses need to point at an equivalent product or the category.

Why a custom store beats off-the-shelf platforms

Off-the-shelf platforms are convenient at first but quickly hit a ceiling: slow loading, template constraints, and expensive customisation. A custom storefront on clean code loads instantly, is not tied to someone else's architecture, and integrates with any of your systems via API. For a growing store this means faster, more flexible, and better search rankings.

Frequently asked questions

What stack do you use for online stores?

We build stores on clean code and Headless commerce - a custom fast storefront on a modern stack plus a headless engine for catalog, cart, and payment. We do not use off-the-shelf boxed platforms: a custom frontend delivers instant loading, perfect Core Web Vitals, and integration flexibility that template solutions simply cannot match.

How much does an online store cost?

An online store starts from 1800 EUR. This is the lower bound; the final price depends on catalog size, filter complexity, number of integrations (CRM, warehouse, payment gateways), and custom logic. We fix an exact estimate after the brief.

How long does store development take?

From 6 weeks. In that time we design the catalog and cart, build the custom storefront, connect payments and integrations with CRM and warehouse, test, and launch. The exact timeline depends on catalog volume and the number of integrations.

Which payment gateways and integrations do you support?

We connect payment gateways suited to your market (Stripe and local providers), integrations with CRM, inventory and product management systems, and order and stock synchronisation. A clean-code store can integrate with virtually any service via API.

Why is a custom store better than off-the-shelf platforms?

Off-the-shelf platforms carry extra code, plugins, and template constraints - resulting in slow loading and weak Core Web Vitals, which hurts conversion and SEO. A custom storefront on clean code loads instantly, is not locked into someone else's architecture, and integrates with any of your systems. Faster, more flexible, better rankings.
